History

Nursery Kwekerij De Schullhorn owns its name from the farm house in which the company as wel as our living are accommodated. The G in the background stands for family name: " De Goede ".

A worldwide network, which was built from 1983, provides a constant supply of new special naturalising bulbs. The variation in miscellaneous bulbs that the traveling has brought is enormous. Selecting from all those bulbs means looking at very many properties: growth, multiplication, flowering period, disease susceptibility, but also; is it suitable for the garden. Of the dozens of innovations that we get, we only keep a few that are good enough. Every release must possess the property: "It must add something to the existing assortment".

The nursery is located in Anna Paulowna (North Holland), located in world's largest contiguous of flower bulbs.
